The installation Cowcatcher in the Museum Wiesbaden was created for the Short Night of the Museums. Inspired by the triangular shape of the ‘ cowcatcher ’ of historical locomotives, an elongated textile tip pushes itself diagonally through the museum foyer towards the visitors, forcing them away from the center of the room and causing them to change their perspective. The installation expands the space, the architecture becomes sculptural.

Zur Kurzen Nacht der Museen entstand die Installation Cowcatcher im Museum Wiesbaden in Anlehnung an die dreieckige Form des ‚ cowcatchers ‘ historischer Lokomotiven. Die lang gestreckte Tuchspitze schiebt sich diagonal durch die Wandelhalle den Besuchern entgegen, verdrängt sie aus der Raummitte und zwingt sie so zum Perspektivwechsel. Dahinter weitet die Installation den Raum zu einer skulpturalen Architektur.
